• Prohibited Creem Content: Content that violates Creem's acceptable use policies or payment processing guidelines. As Creem is our payment processor, we comply with their content safety requirements.

4. Content Moderation

Seedance 2.0 employs automated content moderation systems, including the Creem Content Moderation API, to screen all video generation requests. This helps ensure compliance with our policies and legal requirements.

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All video generation requests are subject to automated content moderation
• Requests flagged as potentially violating our policies may be blocked or reviewed
• We reserve the right to reject any request without prior notice or explanation
• We may report violations to law enforcement or payment processors when required
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from content moderation decisions

5. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Seedance 2.0's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: Seedance 2.0 uses artificial intelligence to generate videos. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended elements. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use or distribution. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Seedance 2.0 or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Seedance 2.0's website, even if Seedance 2.0 or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
